Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all accessories included, such as the remote, HDMI cable, and power adapter. Packaging should be intact, and the product must not be damaged, modified, or missing parts.

If your item arrives damaged or not working, please contact us within 7 days. We will either replace it or issue a refund. We may request a photo or a short video to confirm the issue.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived defective. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
